PUMA

Perth United Malayalee Association (PUMA) is a cultural organisation established in 2013 by the Malayalee community living in Perth and surrounding regions of Western Australia. PUMA is a non-profit, non-political, and non-religious organisation dedicated to fostering cultural harmony, social connection, and community wellbeing through a
wide range of cultural, social, and charitable initiatives.

With 13 successful years of dedicated service, PUMA has grown into a role-model organisation among Indian community associations in Perth, consistently delivering impactful programs, meaningful community engagement, and inclusive celebrations that bring people together.

In recognition of its outstanding contributions to the community, PUMA was honoured with the ISWA Cultural Excellence Award in 2021, selected from over 70 Indian organisations across Perth—a testament to its commitment, leadership, and positive community impact.
